There may be certain instances where you are asked to provide personal information on our site. The information that we collect is for administrative or transaction use only. We will only use your information to process an order that you have placed, to help serve you further, and to provide services that fit your specific needs.

Use of Information
It’s important to understand that we do not use your information without your consent. Your information will be accessible to anyone who is on staff or volunteers administratively, on our team. We do not sell or distribute your information to anyone.
Your information is used to keep you updated about new services, events, and special offers. There may be times that we use your information to send announcements via email or direct mail. If at any time you do not wish to be contacted by Equipped simply click the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of your email news.
If you complete a contact form on our website we will store your information for up to 12 months, in a secure database. We use this information to provide high-quality customer service, but do not use it for marketing purposes.
When you complete a form to download our free resources, we collect your information and store it in our, secure, third-party marketing database (Mailchimp). By downloading a free resource you are agreeing to receive marketing emails. If you no longer wish to receive these emails you may opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.
Our priority is to keep your information private. Equipped has added security measures to protect your personal information during transactions. Your debit/credit card information is encrypted during the transaction.
All of the customer data that we collect is protected against unauthorized access. We use services that specialize in providing secure online payments.
At checkout, we will collect your name, email address, username, and password. This information is used to setup your account for our site. If you are redirected to an offsite payment gateway to complete your payment, we may store this information in a temporary session variable to setup your account when you return to our site.
At checkout, we may also collect your billing address and phone number. This information is used to confirm your credit card. The billing address and phone number are saved by our site to prepopulate the checkout form for future purchases and so we can get in touch with you if needed to discuss your order.
At checkout, we may also collect your credit card number, expiration date, and security code. This information is passed to our payment gateway to process your purchase. The last 4 digits of your credit card number and the expiration date are saved by our site to use for reference and to send you an email if your credit card will expire before the next recurring payment.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to save your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
Who we are
Your transactions are processed through Keen Perspectives, LLC. Keen Perspectives, LLC is our umbrella coaching business. We currently operate (do business as) a website coaching business called “KP Assist” that exists to help nonprofits and churches make their websites work for them, and we operate (do business as) “Equipped” that exists to help individuals strengthen their identity, live with purpose, and leave a legacy. Keen Perspectives, LLC is operated and owned by Nicki McLeod, this is not a third party transaction.
